Best Air Transportation Schools for Non-Traditional Students
University of North Dakota has taken the #1 spot in this year's air transportation ranking for non-traditional students. Located in the small city of Grand Forks, UND is a public school with a large student population. UND did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #1 on our Best Colleges for Air Transportation in the Plains States Region list.
The student loan default rate at UND is lower than is typical, just 0.8% of students default in three years. There are approximately 5,465 students at UND that take at least one class online. 4,977 students are part time.

The #2 spot in this year's ranking belongs to Kansas State University. Located in the city of Manhattan, K -State is a public school with a fairly large student population. As a testament to the quality of education offered at K -State, the school also landed the #2 rank in our Best Colleges for Air Transportation in the Plains States Region ranking.
The student loan default rate at K -State is lower than is typical, just 0.9% of students default in three years. There are approximately 6,181 students at K -State that take at least one class online. There are roughly 3,739 part time students in attendance at K -State.

Minnesota State University - Mankato comes in at #3 in this year's ranking. Located in the city of Mankato, Minnesota State Mankato is a public school with a large student population. In addition to being on our best for non-traditional students list, UNOMAHA has also earned the #4 rank in our Best Colleges for Air Transportation in the Plains States Region ranking.
The school has a low student loan default rate of 0.3%. There are approximately 8,191 students at UNOMAHA that take at least one class online. There are roughly 4,328 part time students in attendance at UNOMAHA.
