University of Arizona is located in Tucson, Arizona and, has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 2 bachelors’s cinematography degrees to qualified students.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Southern Methodist University. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for Cinematography for a Bachelor’s list. Dallas, Texas is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out bachelors’s cinematography degrees to 27 students in 2020-2021.

SMU also took the #1 spot in our “Best Film & Video Production Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Southwest Region” ranking.Of the 12,373 students enrolled at SMU, 327 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 215 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $15,612. To help with additional expenses, 103 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program. SMU does offer credit for military training for eligible students.

With a freshman retention rate of 90%, the school does an excellent job of retaining its undergraduate students. The low undergrad student loan default rate of [DEFAULT_RATE_STRING]% is a good sign that students have an easier time paying off their loans than they might at other schools. New Mexico State University - Main Campus is a fairly large school located in Las Cruces, New Mexico that handed out 26 bachelors’s cinematography degrees in 2020-2021.

With a ranking of #6, Baylor University did quite well on the 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for Cinematography for a Bachelor’s list. This large school is located in Waco, Texas, and it awarded 50 bachelors’s cinematography degrees in 2020-2021.

Baylor also made our “Best Film & Video Production Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Southwest Region” list, coming in at #3.Of the 19,297 students enrolled at Baylor, 876 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data.
