Colleges with a large veteran population are better equipped to support and accommodate those who have had military experience. The VA reports that there are 4 GI Bill® students at Southwestern. Given that enrollment at the school is 1,454, approximately 27.5% of those enrolled are using the GI Bill® to help pay for their education. At this time, Southwestern does not grant credit for military training. Credit for prior learning can shorten your time to a degree, so it’s worth asking about. Check with Southwestern about credit for life experience, CLEP and similar exams, or other prior learning beyond military training.
Southwestern does not offer Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) programs.
