Massachusetts Institute of Technology is a fairly large school located in Cambridge, Massachusetts that handed out 31 masters’s real estate development degrees in 2020-2021.

MIT also made our “Best Real Estate Development Master’s Degree Schools” list, coming in at #2.Among the 11,254 students enrolled at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, 129 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 38 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $17,024.
