In 2020-2021, 420 people earned their degree in real estate development, making the major the 649th most popular in the United States.

For this year’s “Most Veteran Friendly for Real Estate Development” ranking, we looked at 10 colleges that offer a degree in real estate development. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality real estate development programs as well as strong veteran support.

To come up with these rankings, we looked at factors such as veteran satisfaction, veteran affordability, and overall quality of the real estate development program at the school. For more information, check out our ranking methodology.

Located in Los Angeles, California, this large private not-for-profit school awarded 177 degrees to qualified ’s real estate development students in 2020-2021.

USC also made our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” list, coming in at #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS].According to our most recent data, USC supports 46,287 students, and 1,311 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 862 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $20,487. During this same period, 388 students received funds through the Yellow Ribbon Program. USC does offer credit for military training for eligible students.

Out of the 10 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly for Real Estate Development that were part of this year’s ranking, Massachusetts Institute of Technology landed the #2 spot on the list. MIT is a private not-for-profit institution located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The school has a fairly large population, and it awarded 31 ’s degrees in 2020-2021.

MIT also took the #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] spot in our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” ranking.Among the 11,254 students enrolled at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, 129 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 38 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $17,024. On top of their other funding sources, 32 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Massachusetts Institute of Technology offers credit for military training for eligible students.

Auburn University is a large school located in Auburn, Alabama that handed out 16 ’s real estate development degrees in 2020-2021.

Atlanta, Georgia is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out ’s real estate development degrees to 20 students in 2020-2021.

Georgia Tech not only placed well in this ranking.
