General Business/Commerce is one of the most popular majors in the nation, ranking 10th of all the majors we analyze. In 2020-2021, 56,042 degrees were awarded to students with this major.

Across the Southeast region, there were 13,506 general business/commerce graduates with average earnings and debt of $0 and $0 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 6,263 general business/commerce graduates with average earnings and debt of $37,400 and $27,180 respectively.

For this year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the Southeast Region for General Business for a Bachelor’s” ranking, we looked at 70 colleges that offer a degree in general business/commerce. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent general business/commerce programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.
