In 2019-2020, human resource management graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $49,057 and had an average of $31,139 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Great Lakes region, there were 5,374 human resource management graduates with average earnings and debt of $48,568 and $27,397 respectively.

This year’s “Best Value HR Schools in the Great Lakes Region For Those Making $30-$48k” ranking looked at 100 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in human resource management. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent human resource management programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.
