You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Texas Christian University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Texas for Real Estate for a Bachelor’s list. Texas Christian University is a private not-for-profit institution located in Fort Worth, Texas. The school has a fairly large population, and it awarded 57 bachelors’s degrees in 2020-2021.

TCU not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #2 on our “Best Real Estate Bachelor’s Degree Schools in Texas” list.Our most recent data shows that 520 of the 11,379 students enrolled at TCU were GI Bill® students, of which 405 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. SMU is a fairly large private not-for-profit school situated in Dallas, Texas. It awarded 39 bachelors’s real estate degrees in 2020-2021.

SMU also made our “Best Real Estate Bachelor’s Degree Schools in Texas” list, coming in at #1.Of the 12,373 students enrolled at SMU, 327 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 215 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $15,612.
