Sinclair Community College is a fairly large public school situated in Dayton, Ohio. It awarded 12 associates’s real estate degrees in 2020-2021.

MATC is a fairly large school located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin that handed out 9 associates’s real estate degrees in 2020-2021.

MATC also took the #1 spot in our “Best Real Estate Associate Degree Schools in the Great Lakes Region” ranking.Among the 12,618 students enrolled at Milwaukee Area Technical College, 333 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 132 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $1,896. The school has a small population, and it awarded 3 associates’s degrees in 2020-2021.

As a testament to the quality of education offered at MTC, the school also landed the #5 spot in our “Best Real Estate Associate Degree Schools in the Great Lakes Region” ranking.According to our most recent data, Marion Technical College supports 2,147 students, and 63 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 35 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. As a testament to the quality of education offered at Clark State Community College, the school also landed the #3 spot in our “Best Real Estate Associate Degree Schools in the Great Lakes Region” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 63 of the 5,396 students enrolled at Clark State Community College were GI Bill® students, of which 0 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. It placed #4 on our “Best Real Estate Associate Degree Schools in the Great Lakes Region” list.Of the 10,138 students enrolled at Lorain County Community College, 7 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data.
