Out of the 5 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for Real Estate for a Bachelor’s that were part of this year’s ranking, Texas Christian University landed the #1 spot on the list. TCU is a fairly large private not-for-profit school situated in Fort Worth, Texas. It awarded 57 bachelors’s real estate degrees in 2020-2021.

TCU also took the #2 spot in our “Best Real Estate Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Southwest Region” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 520 of the 11,379 students enrolled at Texas Christian University were GI Bill® students, of which 405 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of North Texas. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for Real Estate for a Bachelor’s list. Denton, Texas is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out bachelors’s real estate degrees to 43 students in 2020-2021.

UNT also made our “Best Real Estate Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Southwest Region” list, coming in at #4.Our most recent data shows that 2,038 of the 40,953 students enrolled at UNT were GI Bill® students, of which 1,138 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $9,999. To help with additional expenses, 0 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program. UNT does offer credit for military training for eligible students.

With a freshman retention rate of 85%, the school does an excellent job of retaining its undergraduate students.

The University of Texas at San Antonio is a large public school situated in San Antonio, Texas. It awarded 47 bachelors’s real estate degrees in 2020-2021.

UTSA not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #5 on our “Best Real Estate Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Southwest Region” list.Of the 34,742 students enrolled at The University of Texas at San Antonio, 3,565 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 1,847 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $7,531. To help with additional expenses, 0 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. Eligible students may be able to receive credit for their military training.

The school came in at #4 for the Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for Real Estate for a Bachelor’s. Southern Methodist University is a private not-for-profit institution located in Dallas, Texas. The school has a fairly large population, and it awarded 39 bachelors’s degrees in 2020-2021.

SMU not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #1 on our “Best Real Estate Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Southwest Region” list.According to our most recent data, SMU supports 12,373 students, and 327 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 215 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $15,612. In addition to receiving other benefits, 103 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. Baylor University is a large school located in Waco, Texas that handed out 20 bachelors’s real estate degrees in 2020-2021.

Baylor not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #3 on our “Best Real Estate Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Southwest Region” list.According to our most recent data, Baylor University supports 19,297 students, and 876 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 593 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $17,744. During this same period, 263 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. Students may be able to receive credit for their military training, depending on their background.
