Across Pennsylvania, there were 1,872 special education graduates with average earnings and debt of $44,151 and $27,000 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 824 special education graduates with average earnings and debt of $40,741 and $27,572 respectively.

The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great special education programs and a strong support system for veterans and active service members.
