Pennsylvania College of Technology tops the 2021 list of our schools in Pennsylvania that are best for non-traditional engineering technologies students. Located in the city of Williamsport, Penn College is a public college with a small student population. In addition to being on our best for non-traditional students list, Penn College has also earned the #1 rank in our Best Colleges for Engineering Technologies in Pennsylvania ranking.

Approximately 1,362 students take at least one class online at Penn College. 944 students are part time. Penn College does offer credit for military training for eligible students.

Our rankings recognize Drexel University as the #2 school in this year's rankings. Drexel is a very large private not-for-profit school located in the large city of Philadelphia.
