Pennsylvania College of Technology tops the 2021 list of our schools in Pennsylvania that are best for non-traditional engineering technologies students. Located in the city of Williamsport, Penn College is a public college with a small student population. In addition to being on our best for non-traditional students list, Penn College has also earned the #1 rank in our Best Colleges for Engineering Technologies in Pennsylvania ranking.
The school has a low student loan default rate of 2.2%. There are approximately 1,637 students at Penn College that take at least one class online. About 755 of the students at Penn College are attending part time.
