You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Oregon State University. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in Oregon for EE for a Doctorate. Oregon State is a public institution located in Corvallis, Oregon. The school has a large population, and it awarded 15 doctorate’s degrees in 2020-2021.
