In 2019-2020, industrial engineering graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $68,960 and had an average of $24,268 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Middle Atlantic region, there were 1,367 industrial engineering graduates with average earnings and debt of $70,185 and $25,074 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 695 industrial engineering graduates with average earnings and debt of $40,457 and $25,851 respectively.

For this year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for IE for a Bachelor’s” ranking, we looked at 11 colleges that offer a degree in industrial engineering. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great industrial engineering programs and a strong support system for veterans and active service members.
