Across the New England region, there were 60 ocean engineering graduates with average earnings and debt of $60,071 and $26,000 respectively.

University of Rhode Island is a fairly large school located in Kingston, Rhode Island that handed out 3 doctorate’s OE degrees in 2020-2021.
