Located in Provo, Utah, this large private not-for-profit school awarded 643 diplomas to qualified ’s engineering students in 2020-2021.
BYU also took the #1 spot in our “Best Engineering Schools in Utah” ranking. The estimated yearly cost for Brigham Young University - Provo is $15,777 for utah engineering students whose families make $75-$110k.

U of U also took the #2 spot in our “Best Engineering Schools in Utah” ranking. The estimated yearly cost for University of Utah is $15,746 for utah engineering students whose families make $75-$110k.
The low undergrad student loan default rate of 1.7% is a good sign that students have an easier time paying off their loans than they might at other schools.
