In 2019-2020, general English literature graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $29,881 and had an average of $23,769 in loans still to pay off.

Across Washington, there were 512 general English literature graduates with average earnings and debt of $29,632 and $21,909 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 468 general English literature graduates with average earnings and debt of $40,905 and $22,558 respectively.
