You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Carnegie Mellon University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for Other English for a Doctorate list. Carnegie Mellon is a fairly large school located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania that handed out 3 doctorate’s other English degrees in 2020-2021.
