UNCW is a large public school located in the medium-sized city of Wilmington. UNCW did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #4 on our Best Colleges for English Language & Literature in North Carolina list.

The student loan default rate at UNCW is lower than is typical, just 4.0% of students default in three years. Approximately 4,793 students take at least one class online at UNCW.
