You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Hunter College. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Best Value Nutrition Schools in the Middle Atlantic Region list. Hunter College is a large school located in New York, New York that handed out 44 ’s nutrition degrees in 2020-2021.

Out of the 8 schools in the Best Value Nutrition Schools in the Middle Atlantic Region that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Delaware landed the #3 spot on the list. Located in Newark, Delaware, this large public school awarded 21 diplomas to qualified ’s nutrition students in 2020-2021.
In addition to being on our middle atlantic region nutrition students list, UD has also earned the #2 rank in our “Best Food, Nutrition & Related Services Schools in the Middle Atlantic Region” ranking. It costs about $18,967 for middle atlantic region nutrition students per year to attend UD.
The school has an excellent freshman retention rate of 90%, which means students like the school well enough to return for a second year. The school has an impressive undergrad student loan default rate. It’s only 2.1%, which is much lower than the national rate of 10.1%.

You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Lehman College. The school came in at #4 for the Best Value Nutrition Schools in the Middle Atlantic Region. Bronx, New York is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out ’s nutrition degrees to 15 students in 2020-2021.

The yearly cost to attend The American University is $40,088 for Middle Atlantic Region Nutrition students.
With a freshman retention rate of 85%, the school does an excellent job of retaining its undergraduate students. The low undergrad student loan default rate of 1.7% is a good sign that students have an easier time paying off their loans than they might at other schools. New York University did quite well in the 2023 Best Value Nutrition Schools in the Middle Atlantic Region ranking, coming in at #7. This large school is located in New York, New York, and it awarded 43 ’s nutrition degrees in 2020-2021.
NYU also made our “Best Food, Nutrition & Related Services Schools in the Middle Atlantic Region” list, coming in at #1. The yearly cost to attend NYU is $38,569 for Middle Atlantic Region Nutrition students.
