In 2019-2020, Germanic languages graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $55,443 and had an average of $24,646 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Southeast region, there were 212 Germanic languages graduates with average earnings and debt of $28,830 and $25,925 respectively.

This year’s “Best Value German Schools in the Southeast Region For Those Getting Aid” ranking looked at 21 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in Germanic languages. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great Germanic languages programs and cost less that schools of similar quality.
