The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $22,069. To help with additional expenses, 328 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program.

West Chester University of Pennsylvania did quite well in the 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for General History for a Bachelor’s ranking, coming in at #25. Located in West Chester, Pennsylvania, this fairly large public school handed out 39 diplomas to qualified bachelors’s general history students in 2020-2021.
Of the 17,719 students enrolled at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, 390 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 208 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients.
