Columbia University in the City of New York did quite well in the 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for History for a Bachelor’s ranking, coming in at #24. Located in New York, New York, this large private not-for-profit school awarded 133 diplomas to qualified bachelors’s history students in 2020-2021.

In addition to being on our middle atlantic region bachelor’s degree vets studying history list, Columbia has also earned the #3 rank in our “Best History Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Middle Atlantic Region” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 739 of the 30,135 students enrolled at Columbia University in the City of New York were GI Bill® students, of which 467 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients.
