Across Virginia, there were 14,893 liberal arts / sciences and humanities graduates with average earnings and debt of $27,025 and $13,423 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 2,481 liberal arts / sciences and humanities graduates with average earnings and debt of $39,553 and $27,844 respectively.

This ranking identifies schools with high-quality liberal arts / sciences and humanities programs as well as strong veteran support.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend George Mason University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Virginia for Liberal Arts / Sciences & Humanities for a Bachelor’s list. Fairfax, Virginia is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out bachelors’s liberal arts / sciences and humanities degrees to 357 students in 2020-2021.
