This year’s “Best Value Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager Schools” ranking looked at 29 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in restaurant, culinary, and catering management/manager. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent restaurant, culinary, and catering management/manager programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.
