You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Eastern Kentucky University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Kentucky for Homeland Security list. Richmond, Kentucky is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out ’s homeland security degrees to 61 students in 2020-2021.
