Chowan University ranked #24 on this year’s Most Veteran Friendly in North Carolina for Psychology for a Bachelor’s list. Chowan University is a small school located in Murfreesboro, North Carolina that handed out 25 bachelors’s psychology degrees in 2020-2021.

Chowan University also made our “Best General Psychology Bachelor’s Degree Schools in North Carolina” list, coming in at #24.Among the 1,100 students enrolled at Chowan University, 62 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 20 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $22,177. During this same period, 12 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. Students may be able to receive credit for their military training, depending on their background.
