You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Utah Valley University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Rocky Mountains Region for Biology for an Associate list. UVU is located in Orem, Utah and, has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 175 associates’s biology degrees to qualified students.

UVU also took the #1 spot in our “Best General Biology Associate Degree Schools in the Rocky Mountains Region” ranking.According to our most recent data, Utah Valley University supports 40,936 students, and 813 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 379 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $4,550. In addition to receiving other benefits, 0 students received funds through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Utah Valley University does offer credit for military training for eligible students.

Located in Nampa, Idaho, this fairly large public school handed out 17 diplomas to qualified associates’s biology students in 2020-2021.

CWI also took the #2 spot in our “Best General Biology Associate Degree Schools in the Rocky Mountains Region” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 406 of the 10,200 students enrolled at CWI were GI Bill® students, of which 213 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $2,155. During this same period, 0 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. Students may be able to receive credit for their military training, depending on their background.
