University of Nevada - Las Vegas tops the 2021 list of our schools in the Far Western US Region that are best for non-traditional hospitality management students. Located in the midsize city of Las Vegas, UNLV is a public college with a fairly large student population. UNLV not only placed well in our non-traditional rankings. It is also #2 on our Best Colleges for Hospitality Management in the Far Western US Region list.

The student loan default rate at UNLV is lower than is typical, just 1.5% of students default in three years. Approximately 15,438 students take at least one class online at UNLV. There are roughly 8,226 part time students in attendance at UNLV.

San Jose State University earned the #2 spot in our 2021 rankings. Located in the city of San Jose, San Jose State is a public school with a very large student population. San Jose State not only placed well in our non-traditional rankings. It is also #5 on our Best Colleges for Hospitality Management in the Far Western US Region list.

About 0.9% of San Jose State students default on their loans in three years, which is lower than average. There are approximately 19,939 students at San Jose State that take at least one class online. About 9,800 of the students at San Jose State are attending part time.

Washington State University landed the #3 spot in our 2021 best hospitality management schools for non-traditional students. Located in the town of Pullman, Wazzu is a public college with a fairly large student population. In addition to being on our best for non-traditional students list, Wazzu has also earned the #3 rank in our Best Colleges for Hospitality Management in the Far Western US Region ranking.
