Millikin University did quite well in the 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Illinois for Communications for a Bachelor’s ranking, coming in at #24. Millikin University is a small school located in Decatur, Illinois that handed out 9 bachelors’s communications degrees in 2020-2021.
