Across the Great Lakes region, there were 107 architectural engineering graduates with average earnings and debt of $64,727 and $26,440 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 71 architectural engineering graduates with average earnings and debt of $40,343 and $26,790 respectively.

This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the Great Lakes Region for Architectural Engineering for a Bachelor’s” ranking looked at 3 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in architectural engineering. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent architectural engineering programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.

Out of the 3 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in the Great Lakes Region for Architectural Engineering for a Bachelor’s that were part of this year’s ranking, Milwaukee School of Engineering landed the #1 spot on the list. MSOE is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and, has a small student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 27 bachelors’s architectural engineering degrees to qualified students.

You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend University of Cincinnati - Main Campus. The school came in at #2 for the Most Veteran Friendly in the Great Lakes Region for Architectural Engineering for a Bachelor’s. Cincinnati, Ohio is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out bachelors’s architectural engineering degrees to 29 students in 2020-2021.

Illinois Institute of Technology is a private not-for-profit institution located in Chicago, Illinois. The school has a medium-sized population, and it awarded 14 bachelors’s degrees in 2020-2021.

Illinois Tech not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #2 on our “Best Architectural Engineering Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Great Lakes Region” list.Our most recent data shows that 83 of the 6,325 students enrolled at Illinois Tech were GI Bill® students, of which 52 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients.
