You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Portland State University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Oregon for Ethnic Studies for a Bachelor’s list. Portland State University is located in Portland, Oregon and, has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 27 bachelors’s ethnic studies degrees to qualified students.
