You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Notre Dame. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Indiana for History for a Doctorate list. Notre Dame is a fairly large school located in Notre Dame, Indiana that handed out 5 doctorate’s history degrees in 2020-2021.

In addition to being on our indiana doctor’s degree vets studying history list, Notre Dame has also earned the #1 rank in our “Best History Doctor’s Degree Schools in Indiana” ranking.Of the 12,809 students enrolled at University of Notre Dame, 11 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 20 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $13,670.
