Out of the 4 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in West Virginia for History that were part of this year’s ranking, American Public University System landed the #1 spot on the list. Located in Charles Town, West Virginia, this large private for-profit school handed out 398 degrees to qualified ’s history students in 2020-2021.
