Among the 1,347 students enrolled at Virginia Wesleyan University, 166 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 116 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $14,128. To help with additional expenses, 22 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. The University of West Florida landed the #25 spot on the 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Southeast Region for Criminal Justice Studies for a Bachelor’s ranking. Located in Pensacola, Florida, this fairly large public school handed out 80 diplomas to qualified bachelors’s criminal justice studies students in 2020-2021.

As a testament to the quality of education offered at UWF, the school also landed the #25 spot in our “Best Criminal Justice Studies Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Southeast Region” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 1,438 of the 13,061 students enrolled at The University of West Florida were GI Bill® students, of which 750 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $3,810. On top of their other funding sources, 7 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program. The University of West Florida offers credit for military training for eligible students.
