This ranking identifies schools with high-quality homeland security programs as well as strong veteran support.

RMU is a private not-for-profit institution located in Moon Township, Pennsylvania. The school has a small population, and it awarded 58 bachelors’s degrees in 2020-2021.

University at Albany is a fairly large school located in Albany, New York that handed out 216 bachelors’s homeland security degrees in 2020-2021.
