With a ranking of #25, Baylor University did quite well on the 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Texas for Education Admin for a Doctorate list. Baylor is located in Waco, Texas and, has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 7 doctorate’s education admin degrees to qualified students.
