In 2019-2020, teacher education grade specific graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $37,970 and had an average of $24,228 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Southwest region, there were 13,720 teacher education grade specific graduates with average earnings and debt of $37,281 and $20,141 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 4,728 teacher education grade specific graduates with average earnings and debt of $40,112 and $26,227 respectively.
