Northern Kentucky University has taken the #1 spot in this year's engineering technologies ranking for non-traditional students. Located in the suburb of Highland Heights, NKU is a public college with a large student population. NKU not only placed well in our non-traditional rankings. It is also #1 on our Best Colleges for Engineering Technologies in Kentucky list.

Located in the town of Morehead, Morehead State University is a public college with a medium-sized student population.
