You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Missouri University of Science and Technology. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Plains States Region for Metallurgical Engineering for a Bachelor’s list. Missouri University of Science and Technology is located in Rolla, Missouri and, has a medium-sized student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 20 bachelors’s metallurgical engineering degrees to qualified students.

Located in Rapid City, South Dakota, this small public school awarded 18 diplomas to qualified bachelors’s metallurgical engineering students in 2020-2021.

SD Mines also made our “Best Metallurgical Engineering Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Plains States Region” list, coming in at #2.Of the 2,475 students enrolled at SD Mines, 146 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 54 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $5,477.
