University of Arkansas tops the 2021 list of our schools in Arkansas that are best for non-traditional engineering students. UARK is a fairly large public school located in the city of Fayetteville. As a testament to the quality of education offered at UARK, the school also landed the #1 rank in our Best Colleges for Engineering in Arkansas ranking.

About 1.2% of UARK students default on their loans in three years, which is lower than average. Approximately 6,821 students take at least one class online at UARK. 5,786 students are part time.

Arkansas State University - Main Campus comes in at #2 in this year's ranking. A-State is a fairly large public school located in the city of Jonesboro. A-State did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #2 on our Best Colleges for Engineering in Arkansas list.
