University of Kentucky landed the #2 spot in our 2021 best engineering schools for non-traditional students. Located in the city of Lexington, UK is a public college with a very large student population. As a testament to the quality of education offered at UK, the school also landed the #2 rank in our Best Colleges for Engineering in Kentucky ranking.

The student loan default rate at UK is lower than is typical, just 1.6% of students default in three years. Approximately 8,399 students take at least one class online at UK. 4,117 students are part time.
