Our mission at College Factual is to arm you with as much information as we can to help you make that decision. Our “Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for Philosophy for a Bachelor’s” ranking is one tool we have developed to help in this regard.
In 2020-2021, 9,487 people earned their degree in philosophy, making the major the 86th most popular in the United States.
Across the Middle Atlantic region, there were 1,792 philosophy graduates with average earnings and debt of $0 and $0 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 1,502 philosophy graduates with average earnings and debt of $40,457 and $25,851 respectively.
This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for Philosophy for a Bachelor’s” ranking looked at 12 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in philosophy. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent philosophy programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.

Top 12 Best Philosophy Bachelor’s Degree Colleges for Veterans in the Middle Atlantic Region
Out of the 12 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for Philosophy for a Bachelor’s that were part of this year’s ranking, Catholic University of America landed the #1 spot on the list. Catholic University of America is located in Washington, District of Columbia and, has a medium-sized student population.
