In 2019-2020, health and physical education graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $31,386 and had an average of $24,576 in loans still to pay off.

Across Virginia, there were 1,593 health and physical education graduates with average earnings and debt of $32,008 and $25,663 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 1,162 health and physical education graduates with average earnings and debt of $39,553 and $27,844 respectively.

This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in Virginia for Phys Ed for a Bachelor’s” ranking analyzed 11 colleges that offered a degree in health and physical education. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent health and physical education programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.
