Our analysis found Western Governors University to be the most geographically diverse college in Utah. Western Governors University scores 69.0 out of 100 for geographic diversity. Its racial-ethnic diversity score is 63.8, alongside a 97.4 gender-diversity score.
A rank of #2 makes Neumont College of Computer Science one of the most geographically diverse colleges in Utah. It scores 63.2 out of 100 for geographic diversity. On racial-ethnic diversity it scores 67.4, with a gender-diversity score of 65.3.

University of Utah placed #6 among the most geographically diverse colleges in Utah. On geographic diversity, it scores 40.0 out of 100. Its racial-ethnic diversity score is 62.0, and gender diversity 100.0.
Ensign College placed #7 among the most geographically diverse colleges in Utah. Ensign College scores 36.2 out of 100 for geographic diversity. Racial-ethnic diversity scores 55.4, alongside a 100.0 gender-diversity score.
Southern Utah University placed #8 among the most geographically diverse colleges in Utah. The school's geographic diversity score is 31.7 out of 100. Racial-ethnic diversity scores 49.0, and gender diversity 96.4.
Aveda Institute - Provo landed the #9 spot in Utah this year. Aveda Institute - Provo scores 30.8 out of 100 for geographic diversity. On racial-ethnic diversity it scores 39.7, alongside a 21.8 gender-diversity score.
Utah State University ranked #10 on our 2026 list of the most geographically diverse colleges. On geographic diversity, it scores 29.1 out of 100. Racial-ethnic diversity scores 40.6, alongside a 99.3 gender-diversity score.
Utah Tech University landed the #11 spot in Utah this year. On geographic diversity, it scores 24.7 out of 100. On racial-ethnic diversity it scores 43.0, and gender diversity 98.5.
Weber State University landed the #12 spot in Utah this year. It scores 21.8 out of 100 for geographic diversity. Racial-ethnic diversity scores 45.7, alongside a 98.8 gender-diversity score.
Joyce University of Nursing and Health Sciences came in at #13 in this year's ranking. It scores 19.9 out of 100 for geographic diversity. On racial-ethnic diversity it scores 49.5, with a gender-diversity score of 61.9.
Utah Valley University landed the #14 spot in Utah this year. On geographic diversity, it scores 16.4 out of 100. On racial-ethnic diversity it scores 41.0, alongside a 100.0 gender-diversity score.
Taylor Andrews Academy of Hair Design-Provo came in at #15 in this year's ranking. It scores 15.1 out of 100 for geographic diversity. Its racial-ethnic diversity score is 35.8, with a gender-diversity score of 37.7.
Acaydia School of Aesthetics came in at #16 in this year's ranking. The school's geographic diversity score is 14.6 out of 100. On racial-ethnic diversity it scores 31.1, with a gender-diversity score of 5.3.
Taylor Andrews Academy-St George ranked #17 on our 2026 list of the most geographically diverse colleges. It scores 14.4 out of 100 for geographic diversity. Racial-ethnic diversity scores 39.1, with a gender-diversity score of 7.0.
Medspa Academies placed #18 among the most geographically diverse colleges in Utah. On geographic diversity, it scores 14.1 out of 100. Its racial-ethnic diversity score is 41.4, and gender diversity 2.5.
Snow College earned the #19 position in Utah. On geographic diversity, it scores 13.9 out of 100. On racial-ethnic diversity it scores 41.6, with a gender-diversity score of 99.4.
Paul Mitchell the School St. George ranked #20 on our 2026 list of the most geographically diverse colleges. It scores 12.4 out of 100 for geographic diversity. Its racial-ethnic diversity score is 44.6, with a gender-diversity score of 31.4.
Bridgerland Technical College ranked #21 on our 2026 list of the most geographically diverse colleges. The school's geographic diversity score is 12.1 out of 100. Racial-ethnic diversity scores 35.0, and gender diversity 99.7.
Skin Science Institute landed the #22 spot in Utah this year. On geographic diversity, it scores 9.2 out of 100. On racial-ethnic diversity it scores 36.0, and gender diversity 3.9.
Dixie Technical College ranked #23 on our 2026 list of the most geographically diverse colleges. Dixie Technical College scores 8.8 out of 100 for geographic diversity. Its racial-ethnic diversity score is 40.8, with a gender-diversity score of 94.9.
Taylor Andrews Academy of Hair Design-West Jordan ranked #24 on our 2026 list of the most geographically diverse colleges. Taylor Andrews Academy of Hair Design-West Jordan scores 8.0 out of 100 for geographic diversity. Racial-ethnic diversity scores 43.5, with a gender-diversity score of 34.1.
Salt Lake Community College placed #25 among the most geographically diverse colleges in Utah. It scores 6.9 out of 100 for geographic diversity. On racial-ethnic diversity it scores 56.5, alongside a 99.3 gender-diversity score.

We measure this ranking on the geographic origins of the student body (how widely students are drawn from across the country and the world). The racial-ethnic minorities percentage is calculated by taking the total number of students, subtracting white students, international students, and students whose race/ethnicity is unknown, and dividing by total enrollment.
