Berklee College of Music earned the #6 position in Massachusetts. Berklee College of Music scores 62.3 out of 100 for geographic diversity. Racial-ethnic diversity scores 71.7, with a gender-diversity score of 98.9.
Emerson College earned the #7 position in Massachusetts. On geographic diversity, it scores 62.0 out of 100. Racial-ethnic diversity scores 66.4, with a gender-diversity score of 85.5.
Mount Holyoke College earned the #8 position in Massachusetts. It scores 61.1 out of 100 for geographic diversity. On racial-ethnic diversity it scores 67.2, alongside a 13.1 gender-diversity score.
Williams College landed the #9 spot in Massachusetts this year. On geographic diversity, it scores 59.9 out of 100. On racial-ethnic diversity it scores 72.3, and gender diversity 99.9.
Boston College landed the #10 spot in Massachusetts this year. The school's geographic diversity score is 59.6 out of 100. Racial-ethnic diversity scores 65.6, with a gender-diversity score of 99.4.

Brandeis University placed #16 among the most geographically diverse colleges in Massachusetts. On geographic diversity, it scores 53.2 out of 100. Its racial-ethnic diversity score is 72.9, alongside a 98.8 gender-diversity score.
Hampshire College placed #17 among the most geographically diverse colleges in Massachusetts. On geographic diversity, it scores 53.1 out of 100. Racial-ethnic diversity scores 62.8, alongside a 95.0 gender-diversity score.
FINE Mortuary College landed the #18 spot in Massachusetts this year. The school's geographic diversity score is 53.0 out of 100. Racial-ethnic diversity scores 47.9, and gender diversity 61.6.
Franklin W Olin College of Engineering placed #19 among the most geographically diverse colleges in Massachusetts. The school's geographic diversity score is 52.9 out of 100. Its racial-ethnic diversity score is 77.3, with a gender-diversity score of 99.9.
Bard College at Simon's Rock earned the #20 position in Massachusetts. It scores 52.5 out of 100 for geographic diversity. Racial-ethnic diversity scores 70.0, and gender diversity 97.1.

Gordon College placed #23 among the most geographically diverse colleges in Massachusetts. On geographic diversity, it scores 49.1 out of 100. Its racial-ethnic diversity score is 57.6, and gender diversity 94.3.
Bentley University landed the #24 spot in Massachusetts this year. The school's geographic diversity score is 46.7 out of 100. On racial-ethnic diversity it scores 65.9, with a gender-diversity score of 97.7.

Our ranking weighs the geographic origins of the student body (how widely students are drawn from across the country and the world). The racial-ethnic minorities percentage is calculated by taking the total number of students, subtracting white students, international students, and students whose race/ethnicity is unknown, and dividing by total enrollment.
