South University-Savannah Online earned the #1 spot in this year's Most Geographically Diverse Colleges ranking in Georgia. On geographic diversity, it scores 65.3 out of 100. Racial-ethnic diversity scores 64.1, alongside a 81.2 gender-diversity score.
A rank of #2 makes Savannah College of Art and Design one of the most geographically diverse colleges in Georgia. It scores 65.2 out of 100 for geographic diversity. Its racial-ethnic diversity score is 69.7, and gender diversity 87.9.
Emory University came in at #3 on this year's Most Geographically Diverse Colleges ranking in Georgia. Emory University scores 61.4 out of 100 for geographic diversity. On racial-ethnic diversity it scores 77.7, alongside a 96.4 gender-diversity score.
Emory University-Oxford College earned the #4 place in Georgia. The school's geographic diversity score is 59.4 out of 100. Its racial-ethnic diversity score is 74.3, with a gender-diversity score of 99.7.
Out of the 116 colleges in Georgia in this year's ranking, Spelman College landed the #5 spot. The school's geographic diversity score is 58.2 out of 100. Racial-ethnic diversity scores 46.0, and gender diversity 39.3.

This ranking is based on the geographic origins of the student body (how widely students are drawn from across the country and the world). The racial-ethnic minorities percentage is calculated by taking the total number of students, subtracting white students, international students, and students whose race/ethnicity is unknown, and dividing by total enrollment.
