About 0.8% of UGA students default on their loans in three years, which is lower than average. Approximately 6,742 students take at least one class online at UGA. There are roughly 4,437 part time students in attendance at UGA.

Georgia State University comes in at #2 in this year's ranking. Located in the city of Atlanta, Georgia State is a public school with a very large student population. Georgia State also made our Best Colleges for Education in Georgia list, coming in at #4.

About 2.3% of Georgia State students default on their loans in three years, which is lower than average. Approximately 19,669 students take at least one class online at Georgia State. 9,276 students are part time.

Our rankings recognize Georgia Southern University as the #3 school in this year's rankings. GaSou is a very large public school located in the town of Statesboro. As a testament to the quality of education offered at GaSou, the school also landed the #6 rank in our Best Colleges for Education in Georgia ranking.
