In 2019-2020, liberal arts general studies graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $28,337 and had an average of $17,430 in loans still to pay off.

Across the Southeast region, there were 163,228 liberal arts general studies graduates with average earnings and debt of $25,841 and $16,920 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 10,576 liberal arts general studies graduates with average earnings and debt of $37,400 and $27,180 respectively.

This ranking identifies schools with high-quality liberal arts general studies programs as well as strong veteran support.
